Fritz Paguio is a Multi-Disciplinary Creative based in Los Angeles, California (for now).

He currently works as a Senior Art Director at RPA Advertising where he produces a variety of work ranging from: print, branded video content, website design, digital consultation, and experiential for clients such as Honda, Acura, Intuit, La-Z-Boy, Arco, ampm, and Mandalay Bay to name a few. In addition to his 9-5 job, Fritz also works on passion projects on the side.

In 2010, Fritz worked with Glide Memorial Church in San Francisco as a Design Consultant to help them build their brand and ensure that creative deliverables were all consistent.

During that same year, Fritz worked with the board of SF PRIDE to create their 2010 Pride deliverables ranging from logo design, brochure layout, tchotchkes, and etc that reached over 1.2 million people in attendance.

In 2013, Fritz started working as the Creative Director/Design Consultant for Enrou; a socially conscious fashion and tech startup, as well as the winner of Forbes Under 30 Competition in 2014.

Current Passion Projects:

INFOR13 — an organization whose goal is to work with agencies around the country to raise the percentage of Black bodies in leadership positions to 13% by 2023

Three’s A Crowd — a community of LA-based Black creative professionals from all backgrounds, disciplines, and levels in their careers within advertising, marketing, entertainment, production, fine arts and entrepreneurial spaces

Bid.Black — a digital platform/roster showcasing Black creativity and normalizing representation in the ad industry.
